We are the premier provider of alternative gymnastics training programs. Our specialities include gymnastics strength & conditioning, extreme gymnastics, tricking and parkour.
Our classes cater for all levels of ability, from beginners to elite gymnasts and are great cross training programs for extreme sports, acrobatic sports and general fitness.
Our venues provide fully equipped gymnasiums with low impact (sprung) flooring, crash mats, bars, beams, boxes, foam pits, and trampolines.

Classes
Strength and Conditioning
The strength program is focused on improving muscular endurance, strength, power and increased flexibility. It is a great all round body workout that is designed for gymnastics specific movements and is a great cross training program for extreme sports, acrobatic sports and general fitness.
Skills Class
Aerial Awareness with a focus on saults and flips with an aim to improve a person’s aerial awareness, rotation, twisting, landings and general technique. This class will also improve ones ability to combine tumbling skills.
An excellent foundation class for Tricking and another extreme sports.
Gymnastics Skills a traditional style of Gymnastics that will focus on the skills involved in Level 1 to Level 10 Gymnastics. Sessions will include working on different apparatus to develop strength, flexibility and improve technique.
Parkour
This class is designed for those wishing to learn the basics of Parkour. It is held in a safe and fun environment to improve your skills, keep fit and meet other Parkour enthusiasts. Improve your training in a well equipped gymnasium with low impact flooring, crash mats, bars, beams and boxes.
Notes:
- Age limit applies to Strength & Conditioning and Skills Class, Mon-Thu classes are 16 and over.
Fri and Sat classes are open to ages 12 and up. - Parkour classes are open to ages 12 and up.
