There are no registration, joining, or cancellation fees, and users can cancel any time.
If we need to process a refund, there may be an account keeping fee under certain circumstances (e.g. in the previous financial year).

No. Contracts are run fortnightly, coming out on the day of sale each week. If you decide to cancel at a later date, you will cancel any future charges associated with your account.
We will honour up to the end of your paid billing cycle, even though the system will cancel whatever is left of the current billing cycle's credit (if any). If you run into account issues, please contact us.

The 10 class pass works out to $12.50/hour, or $25 for a two-hour class ($250 for 10 x two-hour classes). It also has a six month expiry from the sale date.

Yes we do! If you're not sure what to give to your friend, spouse, or significant other, gift cards make the perfect present; let them decide what gymnastics class they would like to attend.
You can buy a 10 class pass (the dollar value amount), or set a price for your own gift card (delivered electronically).
The image and most of the text on a gift card is customisable. Here is an example gift card:
As our classes are in state-of-the-art gymnastics facilities, you only need shoes to get to and from the facility. Normal gym wear is suitable (a shirt or singlet with shorts or tights are a good mix). If youre unsure check our Instagram for an idea of what other people are wearing to class.
There are drink fountains at the gymnasiums, otherwise bring a water bottle and a towel.
Urban Gymnastics is the premier provider of alternative gymnastics training programs. Our specialities include gymnastics strength & conditioning, extreme gymnastics, tumbling and acrobatics.
Our classes cater for all levels of ability, from beginners to elite gymnasts, and are great cross training programs for extreme sports, acrobatic sports and general fitness.
Our venues provide fully equipped gymnasiums: low impact (sprung) flooring, crash mats, foam pits, trampolines, and gymnastics apparatus – approved at an international standard.
