If you have signed up to a membership, follow the instructions to cancel your contract.
Log into your account at urbangymnastics.com.au/mindbody and go to My Info > Account.
Scroll to the Autopays section and click on Terminate next to the contract you wish to cancel.
You will receive the following message to verify your contract cancellation:
Once confirmed, the cancellation will process immediately.
Please keep in mind that you are cancelling future charges to your account. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion.
We will honour up to the end of your paid billing cycle, even though the system will cancel whatever is left of the current billing cycle's credit (if any).

We've designed Urban Gymnastics with all skill levels in mind, four all of our classes. We have people from all walks of life, so you will fit right in.
While we coach and train with current and ex-gymnasts, circus troupes, dancers, pole dancers, cheerleaders, and many other performers, we also have builders, lawyers, electricians, IT professionals secretaries, and anything in between.
Urban Gymnastics is the premier provider of alternative gymnastics training programs. Our specialities include gymnastics strength & conditioning, extreme gymnastics, tumbling and acrobatics.
Our classes cater for all levels of ability, from beginners to elite gymnasts, and are great cross training programs for extreme sports, acrobatic sports and general fitness.
Our venues provide fully equipped gymnasiums: low impact (sprung) flooring, crash mats, foam pits, trampolines, and gymnastics apparatus – approved at an international standard.
We also run outdoor sessions occasionally during weekends and school holidays. Check our Facebook page for up-to-date information.
