Do I need to register or book my class beforehand?

Yes. Booking into a class will reserve your spot in the class. If you do not book and the class fills up, you will be unable to join in with the class unless someone cancels.

  • Available classes will have a Sign Up button

  • If you have not logged in, you will be prompted to do so

  • If you do not have any class credits or sessions available to use, you will be prompted to purchase valid credit

I have no experience with gymnastics/I am a beginner. Can I still attend?

We've designed Urban Gymnastics with all skill levels in mind, four all of our classes. We have people from all walks of life, so you will fit right in.

While we coach and train with current and ex-gymnasts, circus troupes, dancers, pole dancers, cheerleaders, and many other performers, we also have builders, lawyers, electricians, IT professionals secretaries, and anything in between.

My fortnightly payment was declined, what do I do?

No worries. The payment will automatically retry between 24-48 hours. Make sure your card details are up to date, and there is enough money on the account for the transaction.

If you update your billing information, the payment will automatically retry.

Once the payment has been processed successfully, the credit will "backdate" and activate for the scheduled date.

What is MindBody? How do I use it?

We use MindBody to book you into classes. With your (free) MindBody account, you can:

  • Purchase Class Passes

  • Check your account for expiration dates and classes remaining

  • Sign up for your classes

  • See who is teaching

You can even download the app to make it more convenient!

Registering using MindBody

  1. Go to this link and click "Sign Up!"

  2. Click on the My Info tab, and type in your first and last name
    – If your name is already there, click: "This is me!"
    – If you can't find your name, click: "Create a new account"

  3. Fill out your contact information, login and create a password

  4. Check "Agree to Terms," and click "Create Account"
    Don't worry if you get to a point where it says, "Unable to provide account information. Waiting for security verification from studio." After we verify you, (give us 24 hours), you can then go to Step 5, next time you log in.

  5. To purchase a single class, membership or class card go to the "ONLINE STORE."
    Single Class sessions and Class Passes are located under "Series and Memberships"
    Direct debit is located under "Contracts"
